I’ve been where you are…

Hi love, my name is Manon (🇫🇷/🇬🇧)

I’m a peer support guide who has walked the ROCD and relationship anxiety path for over 20 years. I’m not a licensed therapist or coach — I’m a human who truly gets it, and I’m here to hold space for you so you don’t have to go through this alone.

I’ve been the Director at Awaken into Love for years, supporting our programs behind the scenes and leading our HOME peer support groups. I’ve lived with ROCD and multiple OCD themes since I was 14, and as a neurodivergent person, I bring deep understanding, gentleness, and compassion to this work.

I love books, journaling, animals, and long walks in the forest, and I hope to bring you that same sense of warmth, friendship, and human connection, so you never feel alone on this journey.

This offering is for you if you’re tired of being alone with your thoughts, tired of Googling for reassurance, asking AI for answers, or convincing yourself something must be wrong.

You deserve connection, compassion, and support from someone who genuinely understands.

❤️

WHAT IS PEER SUPPORT:

This is peer support -- not therapy, nor clinical coaching. We’ll meet in a safe, judgment-free space where your fears are heard. I’ll share what helped me, what didn’t, offer simple tools, and walk alongside you in this journey.

Together we’ll:

  • slow the overthinking and ground your nervous system…

  • explore what your ROCD & relationship anxiety actually sound like in your life…

  • discuss small steps that could help rebuild presence, trust, and connection…

  • give you human contact, not an algorithm, when you need to be seen/heard…

SESSION FORMAT:

  • 30 or 45 minutes via ZOOM

  • Available in English or French (I’m French!)

  • I bring empathy, lived experience, grounded presence, and practical reassurance-free peer-support tools

THIS IF FOR YOU IF…

  • You’re experiencing ROCD/relationship anxiety and want support from someone who truly understands.

  • You want peer-based support, not therapy or coaching.

  • You want to feel less alone in what you’re going through.

  • You need a friend in this process -- someone you can finally talk to because you can’t share these fears with people in your real life.

  • You’ve been holding so much by yourself, you’re exhausted, and you just need a ROCD-informed, compassionate, safe space to set the weight down.

(PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

  • PEER SUPPORT vs. COACHING/THERAPY

Before moving forward, it is important to understand the distinction between coaching and therapy:

Peer Support is a non-clinical, lived-experience–based form of support. It offers a compassionate space where you can talk openly with someone who has personally navigated ROCD/Relationship Anxiety. Peer support focuses on emotional understanding, grounding, and shared experience, not diagnosis, treatment, or structured intervention.

Coaching is a supportive process designed to help you develop strategies and skills for enhancing your well-being. AIL coaching provides a safe space for exploration and growth, empowering you to navigate your feelings and build confidence in your relationships.

Therapy, on the other hand, is a clinical practice aimed at addressing mental health concerns, emotional difficulties, and psychological disorders. Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat a range of mental health issues. If we believe that you may benefit more from therapy rather than coaching, we will encourage you to seek a licensed mental health professional. It is our ethical responsibility to guide you toward services that best meet your needs.
